Payment Terms

Payment
The full price is £600 but if you choose 'full payment' below you will only pay £575. If you choose to only pay the deposit of £100 now then the balance of £500 must be paid by 2 weeks before your course starts (unless agreed otherwise). If your fees are not received by this time, and we have not heard from you, your course place may be allocated to someone else and you may lose your place.

Changing your mind and refunds
You have 7 days to change your mind about booking this course but after that the £100 deposit is non-refundable. If you find you cannot attend the course, you can carry forward any payments to a later course or use them as credits for study days run by Developing Doulas. Refunds for cancellations are at Developing Doulas’ discretion.

Health and safety precautions - Covid19

Doulas love to cuddle, connect and share food, but at the moment we have to lay down some foundations to keep us all safe and well.

Developing Doulas course facilitators will ensure that their teaching space is:

• Clean and well ventilated
• There is plenty of space to sit and move around, taking into account government guidance on social distancing
• Hand washing facilities/hand sanitizers will be readily available

Course participants agree:

• Each participant is responsible for ensuring they observe social distancing guidelines
• Each participant will provide their own packed lunch including mug, plate and cutlery during this time
• Each participant will be responsible for their decisions about health and safety and what they feel comfortable with, during the course

We have only asked here for information about you that we need to be able to process your booking and payment onto our courses and to contact you with necessary information about your courses. Any information we hold will be kept securely and not shared with anyone else or used for any purpose other than course administration.

You can at any time ask us to provide you with details of the information we have about you and you can ask us to delete this information. There may be some information that we are obliged to keep for legal reasons (eg tax and accounting needs) but this will only be what is needed and always kept secure.
