More about me
I specialise in providing emotional and practical postnatal support to women in the first six months after a Caesarean birth- starting from your first night in hospital and continuing at home. I want women to feel calm, in control and grounded so they’re in the best state to connect and bond with their baby as they navigate newborn life and step in to motherhood confidently, and reflect positively on the overall experience. Too many new mothers are depleted, misinformed, exhausted and overwhelmed because they don’t have a strong support network around them. Let’s prioritise mothers and their recovery with realistic expectations.
