Hi, I’m Ciara and recently completed my Developing Doulas training and am now a Mentored Postnatal Doula.
After the transformative process of becoming a mother I realised that the way our world is structured can be isolating and lonely for new parents. I want to be the village and community around new, and growing, families in this transitional period. I can offer emotional support during the early days of parenthood, as well as some hands on practical help.
I’m really passionate about feeding support and families receiving evidence based information. I’m currently training with a leading global charity as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, and can bring this knowledge into my Doula work.
