Hello, I’m Jo! I came to this work because I believe these transformational times in our lives matter enormously, and having the continual care of one trusted, informed and loving supporter can make the most incredible difference. I hope to support you to make decisions with confidence, to start your chapter as parents surrounded by the love and support you need and deserve. Of course, each family is unique, what you need from a doula will vary, so I am flexible to offer whatever will serve you. Whether that is navigating decisions in pregnancy and birth, planning your 4th trimester, or supporting you practically and emotionally as you and your baby settle into life together on the outside. I am passionate about the benefits of movement and nature, to feed your body and mind, to remember to breathe deeply and fully. I am also passionate about the benefits of pastries and coffee and swimming in the lido!
