Hello, I’m Katy, the founder of Mother Gaia, focusing on pregnancy and birth support through natural therapies like Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Reiki. Drawing from personal experiences of birth trauma and a transformative pregnancy and free birth, I am dedicated to advocating for birth and women’s rights.

My most sought-after services revolve around pregnancy support packages. These packages range from a series of massage and reflexology sessions designed to aid you physically during pregnancy, to online and in-person antenatal education for birth preparation, or a blend of both. Each package is customised to your needs to provide you with the optimal support.

I provide natural fertility support packages for families facing challenges conceiving or requiring additional assistance during their IVF process. I have created a unique therapy that combines meditation, Reiki, and Fertility Reflexology. I take pride in knowing I have helped many families expand through this approach.

My Birth Doula packages are again tailored to your needs, everything from a basic birth support right through to a more comprehensive pregnancy, birth and postnatal support.
