As a parent to be and in the early months of parenthood I really struggled with a lack of continuity of care and the absence of a friendly ear to listen and guide me to the information I needed, without judgement. As a doula I strive to provide my clients with the care that I didn’t have access to and help them to develop their own ideas and make their own decisions about their care!  I offer birth and postnatal doula support, hypnobirthing and antenatal education and I have recently trained as a Mindful Breastfeeding Supporter. If I can’t provide you with support in the areas you need, then I will seek out and signpost you to local practitioners who can help and I am on hand at every stage to discuss all the options available to you. Becoming a parent and/or adding to your family is a wonderful experience but it can be confusing and overwhelming at times- what could be better than having someone that you trust to walk the journey with you!
