Hello I’m Nicola, a dedicated Postnatal Doula with a firm belief that “knowledge is power” when it comes to pregnancy, birth and beyond. Having had 2 quite different birth experiences myself, the second being the one where I knew my options and felt fully in control of my mind and body, I realised that if I could help even one woman feel that way about their labour and birth too, I’d be eternally satisfied. So, I became a Doula!
I provide Antenatal, Postnatal and Virtual support (including the option of virtual support during labour) packages. Though, just as no two pregnancies, labours or births are the same, I listen to you, understand you, and work with you to design a service that suits YOU.
I’m also passionate about dispelling some of the myths and noise surrounding labour, birth and beyond, and provide you with access to up-to-date research so that you feel completely in control and able to make the best decisions and choices for you and your family.
