Workshop: Introducing Solids with Katie Fryer-Olliffe
This workshop 2.5hrs of exploration and discussion into introducing solids, the history of weaning, weaning ages and stages, physiological readiness and how to navigate the conflicting information around the transition from a milk-based diet to introducing table food.
Like all our workshops, this session is based on the most up to date evidence and embedded in understanding the history/herstory and anthropology of human developmental behaviour. This workshop is aimed at the postpartum doula role and our goal to support our clients to navigate these vital stages of infant development.
