Getting in touch

More about me

You’ve landed here because something within you is seeking support, connection, and care during a huge personal transitions. Welcome! You may know exactly what you want from your doula, or may just be curious. Either way, having a chat is a great way to find out more, and see if I’m a good fit for you at the same time.

What I Offer

I provide attuned, inclusive support through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. My role is to walk beside you – protecting your space, listening deeply, and helping you feel safe and informed. I offer:

  • Antenatal Support In-person or remote sessions tailored to your needs. I can help explore past experiences and birth preferences, hold space for your emotions and questions, even accompany you to appointments if needed.

  • Birth Support A calm, grounded presence to advocate for your autonomy, mediate with care providers if needed, and support you however birth unfolds.

  • Postnatal Care Breastfeeding support, sling and babywearing help, or simply holding your baby while you rest. I also offer trauma-informed birth debriefs for birthing people and partners.

All support is led by you – your needs, your pace, your choices.

A Bit About Me

I’ve often found myself supporting people through vulnerable, transformative moments. After having my own child, I trained as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter and ran a local group I loved. The more I learnt about the experiences of parents before during and after birth, becoming a doula felt like a natural next step, my soul purpose.

I’m emotionally sensitive and resilient, eclectic and grounded. I love being outdoors, carving wood, crocheting, foraging, or curled up with chocolate and a good film. I believe in autonomy, emotional safety, and the quiet power of being truly seen. I don’t do judgement, but I do show up with fierce care and gentle strength.

Inclusive Care

While I use the word women in parts of my story, I offer support to all birthing people – LGBTQIA+, trans, non-binary, and anyone who feels drawn to my presence. I also have significant experience supporting people with low vision, blindness, and other physical challenges.
