I am based near Colchester on the Essex/Suffolk border and I cover Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Within 1 hour drive from North Colchester.

More about me
Born in France and brought up in Reunion Island, I have lived in England for over 20 years and now reside on the Essex/Suffolk border with my incredibly supportive partner and our blended family. Giving birth to my two children (boys aged eight and two and a half) was amazing and empowering and has completely changed the way I see myself and the world.
My passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the first few weeks of parenthood comes from my own experiences (I had a natural breeched- birth during lockdown) and my absolute love for helping others. I love making a difference!
I am mother-led while I provide you and your family with continuous and non-judgemental care, understanding, information, love and support. I am always building on my knowledge with regular workshops and reading books and have recently trained as an Infant Feeding Supporter. If I can’t provide you with support in the areas you need, then I will seek out and signpost you to local practitioners who can help and I am on hand at every stage to discuss all the options available to you.
Becoming a parent and/or adding to your family is a wonderful experience but it can be confusing and overwhelming at times- I believe my experience and knowledge can help you on this journey. There is a doula for everyone- get in touch and see if I am the right one for you!
Outside of work, I spend my time raising my children, volunteering for Barnardo’s, going on walks, paddle boarding, cooking for friends, travelling and dancing in the kitchen.
