Pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood are some of the most powerful and transformative moments in life. As your doula, I’m here to walk alongside you. To listen without judgment, to support you with compassion, and to gently hold space for whatever your journey looks like.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to empower you with evidence-based information so you can make the choices that feel right for you and your family. I believe deeply in your ability to birth and parent with strength, confidence and love. My goal is for you to feel held, supported, and nurtured every step of the way.
I support all types of births, from home to hospital, midwife-led units to planned abdominal births, VBACs and inductions — across Surrey, Berkshire, and South London.
I’m a recognised birth and postnatal doula, fully insured, enhanced DBS checked, and first aid trained. I’m also recognised by private healthcare providers like Carrot.
Wherever you are on your path, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’d be honoured to support you.
I also support new doulas, walking alongside you as you start your journey as you find your unique path and grow in confidence.
As a companion & mentor, I walk alongside you with warmth, encouragement, and honesty. Together, we’ll reflect on your experiences, build confidence, and find clarity so you never feel like you’re doing this work alone. Mentorship provides a safe and supportive space to grow in your own way.
My approach is flexible and person-centred—no rigid structures, just thoughtful support shaped around your needs.
