South West London & Surrey. I typically support families living in the London boroughs of Sutton, Merton, Kingston, Wandsorth, Croydon and areas of North Surrey. I will travel up to one hour from my home in SM1 2.

I am passionate about my work and want to change the narrative that birth is an experience that needs to be feared. Whilst I have the skills to prepare and support physiological birth I also believe in choosing the birth that FEELS right for you. I will be by your side and in your corner to support your choices, always. We will build a trusting relationship to ride the wave of pregnancy, birth and postpartum together, ensuring your experience is a positive and empowering one. Together we will go through antenatal preparation, I’ll be on call for you from 38 weeks until your baby arrives and help support you during ‘the golden hours’, should you chose to birth in hospital or at home.
Alongside antenatal preparation and birth support I also support families postnatally. I will provide you with emotional, practical and informative support as you nest at home with your new baby. Do you and your partner want to rest, nap or take a shower? No problem! I am able to help you care for your baby and any siblings. Cooking is my love language, I will make you delicious and nutritious meals plus endless cups of hot tea. I can carry out light cleaning or tasks around the house. Above all I will offer encouragement and a non judgemental listening ear.
I live in Sutton with my Husband, Son, French Bulldog and Cat – yes, the house is far too busy. I love slow days at home with my family, drinking too much coffee, enjoying quality time with friends, spending time in nature and of course, a good glass of red wine!
