I’m an accredited birth and postnatal Doula, offering active birth antenatal classes, Hypnobirthing workshops, baby massage, baby yoga and 4th trimester support. I’m trained under FEDANT and MIPTI (birth and baby care) with the Daisy Foundation UK. I provide Hypnobirthing (trained by complementary medical Assoc.), Birth and Postnatal Doula trained by Developing Doulas and accredited by the Birthbliss Doula academy.
I also offer introducing solids to babies workshops (trained by Chilled Mama) snd postnatal Rebozo massage and closing the bones healing (trained by rockstar births & Doula Sophie Messager
And I am also a Reiki 2 Practitioner trained by the lovely Lynn Avis (Spiritual Teacher and Master Reiki Healer) using the Usui System of Natural Healing.
